The cleaning and maintenance of facilities around the public has always been a challenge and one that Dougland have specialised in for the last 20 years. We have enormous experience in the daily cleaning and maintenance of shopping centres, airports, etc to the point that we are currently one of the biggest independent cleaning contractors serving shopping centres in the UK, with approximately 30 in our current portfolio.

We firmly believe that this environment is one that demands a different approach to cleaning and we have adapted and instigated procedures to allow us to operate in this very demanding and challenging environment.

We fully understand the needs and requirements of the managers of the facilities and we have demonstrated on numerous occasions our ability to be an integral part of the facilities management team (to a point where our team members become part of the facilities management team). In many cases, a site cleaned by our Company, has staff with no identification other than that of the facility.
